Refund & Cancellation Policy
The terms governing membership payments, cancellations, and continued access within The Assembly.
All memberships are non-refundable
Due to the nature of our business, all payments made to The Assembly are final and non-refundable. The moment a membership is purchased, you receive immediate and irrevocable access to proprietary research, market commentary, flow analysis, geopolitical briefings, and the full archive of intellectual property produced by The Assembly.
Because this material cannot be returned, un-read, or un-consumed once delivered, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to monthly memberships, annual memberships, and any tier or product offered under The Assembly.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy in full.
This policy is consistent with the standard practice of private research communities and digital subscription services where access to proprietary intellectual property is granted at the point of payment.
You may cancel at any time
While memberships are non-refundable, members retain full freedom to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate, requires no justification, and can be completed in under thirty seconds.
Once cancelled, you will not be billed for any subsequent cycle. Your access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which membership will gracefully lapse.

- Click "Manage Your Membership" This will open the secure Stripe billing portal associated with your account.
- Select cancel subscription Confirm cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation immediately. No further charges will be made.
If you cannot locate the link or experience any issue with the billing portal, contact us directly at the address below and we will process the cancellation on your behalf within one business day.
Access, lapses & good standing
Active members retain full access to The Assembly community, all live commentary, and the research archive for the duration of their paid period. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, access is removed at the close of the billing cycle.
Former members in good standing are welcome to rejoin during any future enrollment window, subject to availability. The Assembly periodically closes its doors to preserve the integrity of the community, and re-entry is not guaranteed.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned. Any breach of community guidelines may result in termination of membership without refund.
